FRANKLIN
VGRP Franklin was a Greenfield biomass power project. It consisted of a single boiler and single turbine/generator design. The total gross output of the facility was 65MW with a net output of 58MW. It is a sister facility to GRP Madison. This project was developed and constructed by D&D for GRP and the offtaker of the power is Georgia Power.
